In the ranking conducted by the prestigious magazine Newsweek, in collaboration with the global data platform Statista, Médica Sur has been rated as the Best Hospital in Mexico for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023, thus totaling three consecutive years.

In the national ranking by Expansión and the Mexican Health Foundation, we climbed from second to first place, excelling in nine out of the fourteen evaluated specialties, all of which secured the top spot.

We have renewed our corporate image with a new symbol that embodies Médica Sur's values: Ethics, Professionalism, Safety, Sustainability, and Our People, placing our patients at the center of each of our actions.

Since its foundation, Médica Sur has aimed to be a private center of high specialization, where ethical medicine is practiced efficiently in terms of cost, with an academic approach, adhering to international efficiency standards and a sense of sustainability

In 2021, for the second consecutive year, we were ranked by Newsweek as the Best Hospital in Mexico. We obtained the first place in the Expansión ranking in six specialties; we were recognized as an Exceptional Company for the Hospital Conversion strategy, implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, an award granted by the Mexican Council of Communication and the Institute for Quality Promotion.

We completely renovated the Magnetic Resonance area, which now includes a 1.5 Tesla high-definition Magnetom Sola Siemens scanner. Additionally, we initiated the Robotic Surgery Program with the Da Vinci robot.
